Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. ShadeFlip ships from our Sydney warehouse and usually arrives 2–6 business days after dispatch. FurFlick and PackMax ship from our international warehouse and usually arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. Every product page shows its own estimate, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping is free within Australia on orders of $50 or more. Below that, it's a flat $6.95.

Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched. Email support@zivlo.com.au as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering.

Different items ship from different warehouses. Each parcel has its own tracking.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund (change of mind). Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

All accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Checkout is secured by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.

ShadeFlip opens to about 145 × 79 cm, which covers most car and SUV windscreens. If your windscreen is much smaller or larger, email us your car's make and model and we'll let you know before you order.

No, it's designed for fabric and carpet. Use a damp microfibre cloth on leather.

Six pieces: four compression cubes in mixed sizes, a drawstring bag and a shoe bag. Use the smaller cubes for carry-on, or the full set in a checked case.
