These terms apply to your use of zivlo.com.au and purchases from Zivlo. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We take care to describe products and prices accurately. If we make an error, we'll contact you before processing your order and you can choose to cancel.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Use of the website

Content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Zivlo or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
