What we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card details. When you browse, we and our service providers may collect device, browser and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, including sharing your name, address and phone number with our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers
- To provide customer support
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our store, prevent fraud, and measure advertising performance
Who we share it with
Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment providers, fulfilment and delivery partners, and analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

We use cookies to run the cart and checkout, remember preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
